Framework v1.1.0 · NXLV

Founder's note No. 01 — A letter on the first twelve →

SaaS sold the appearance of complexity. AI exposed the workflow underneath.

We measure three layers — what the surface costs to reproduce, what survives reproduction, and how cleanly the rebuild lands in Lovable specifically.

Three scores. One verdict.

Buildability Index — how commodity the visible tech stack looks (tool-agnostic). Moat Density — what survives reproduction. Lovability Fit — how cleanly the rebuild lands in Lovable's native primitives on the first prompt.

A high Buildability Index does not imply a replaceable company. Surface is buildable. Moats are earned. Translation is the new strategic act.

We do not imitate. We decompose, score, and publish.

Every seed prompt is open-source. Every report declares its framework version. Scores are comparable only within the same major version.

Read software before you assume you need to buy it.

What this application does

Paste the URL of any SaaS product and the engine examines its surface — the components, workflows, data model, integrations, and visual identity that make up the user-facing product.

It classifies each product across three dimensions: how easily the surface could be rebuilt, what durable value survives that rebuild, and how cleanly the architecture translates into an AI-native stack.

Every completed analysis is saved as a public report with a versioned scorecard and an executable rebuild seed — a structured prompt anyone can use to recreate the product's architecture.

The gallery publishes all finished reports. The matrix plots every audited product so patterns across the corpus are visible at a glance. Nothing is hidden behind a login.

v1.1.0 — Calibration

Buildability Index and Moat Density use equal weights across their dimensions. Empirical recalibration is now active and informs the next framework revision.

Lovability Fit weights began as practitioner feedback across corporate builds and production deployments. With the corpus past the fifty-build threshold, those weights are being recalibrated against the actual rebuild outcomes logged across every audit in the gallery.

Buildable is the first auditable methodology published by NXLV — a research and standards organization at the intersection of enterprise AI adoption and AI-native software.
